This webinar will highlight the role of a behavioral health coordinator in the fire service. Join Kristina Moore, LCSW and Hannah Elmore, MSW for a discussion on Kristina’s career development from Public Safety Communicator answering and dispatching 911 calls to a licensed clinical social worker, currently in the role of Behavioral Health Coordinator for Loudoun County, VA Fire and Rescue. Conversations will also explore Kristina’s experiences as the wife, daughter, and granddaughter of first responders. Attendees will learn about the support and resources available through a behavioral health coordinator and bring home strategies for success for their own departments.

Hannah Elmore is the Clinical Outreach Coordinator for the IAFF Center of Excellence through Advanced Recovery Systems. Hannah works with first responders through connection to behavioral health resources, providing education, and offering support. Hannah educates on behavioral health topics pertaining to the fire service and first responder communities to departments, peer teams, families and clinicians. Hannah is a certified IAFF Peer Supporter.

Kristina Moore, LCSW

Behavioral Health Coordinator
Kristina Moore, LCSW is the Behavioral Health Coordinator for Loudoun County Fire Rescue in Virginia. Before transitioning her career into behavioral health, she worked for approximately 10 years as a Public Safety Communicator answering and dispatching emergency 911 calls. She is also the spouse of a first responder, the daughter of a retired law enforcement officer, and the granddaughter of the fire rescue service.
